Jacob Glenister is a PhD Student in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations with a focus on Egyptology. His interests within Egyptology are broad, but include the history of the Old and Middle Kingdom, the development of the Egyptian language, and Egypt's contacts with the wider Mediterranean world. In a more modern context, he is also very interested in outreach and public education programs, and would be happy to be a resource to any prospective students for the program.
